VEAT-009 vacuum drainage separation tank is designed to solve the core pain point of liquid entrainment and damage to the pump body in the vacuum system. It integrates cyclone centrifugal + gravity sedimentation dual-stage separation technology, and achieves 99.9% capture efficiency for droplets ≥5μm. It is equipped with intelligent liquid level control (float + photoelectric dual detection) and anti-backflow sealing structure to effectively intercept condensed water, solvent droplets and other media, and ensure the stable operation of Roots pumps, rotary vane pumps and other units; the main body can be selected from 304 stainless steel, 316L (corrosion resistant) or Hastelloy (strong corrosion), suitable for 1~1000mbar wide vacuum degree and -20~80℃ working conditions, meeting ASME (pressure vessel), ISO 6312 (liquid-gas separation performance) and other international standards, through modular quick installation and low-resistance flow channel design, seamlessly connect vacuum distillation, drying, impregnation and other processes, and help industrial vacuum systems operate efficiently and in compliance.
