Product Introduction:

The tester adopts an advanced hydraulic drive system, combined with high-precision pressure sensors and intelligent control modules, which can accurately generate and control pulse pressure waveforms, frequencies and amplitudes. During the test, the automobile brake hose specimen is properly connected to the test circuit, and the equipment applies cyclic pulse pressure to the hose according to the preset test procedure. At the same time, multiple high-sensitivity sensors monitor key parameters such as pressure changes, deformation, temperature fluctuations, and leakage of the hose in real time. After being processed by a high-speed data acquisition system, the collected data can be intuitively presented on the operation interface, and a detailed test report can be automatically generated, which is convenient for users to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and in-depth analysis of the performance of the brake hose.

(1) What are the requirements for the equipment installation site?

The equipment installation site should be flat, dry, well ventilated, and have a stable three-phase four-wire power supply (AC 380V±10%, 50Hz±1Hz). The site area should not be less than 1 meter of operation and maintenance space around the equipment's overall dimensions, and the ground bearing capacity should be able to withstand the weight of the equipment (about 1500kg) and possible additional loads. At the same time, it is recommended that the temperature of the installation site be kept between 10℃ - 35℃ and the relative humidity be no higher than 80% to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.

(2) How to perform daily maintenance of the equipment?

Daily maintenance mainly includes cleaning the appearance of the equipment, regularly checking the hydraulic oil level (it should be kept between the upper and lower scale lines of the oil level gauge), calibrating the pressure sensor and displacement sensor (recommended once a quarter), and checking whether each connection is loose. In addition, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the test chamber to avoid accumulation of debris that affects the test results or damages equipment components.
